Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain situations allow only partial refunds or no refund at all:
- Items that are damaged or altered after delivery due to customer handling.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized orders (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Process for Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via call or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking within 24–48 hours. Our team will guide you with the required details.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please ship the item to the address mentioned on your parcel slip.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank (there may be some processing time).
- If you still need help, please contact us.
